Vega Maestro is an indie psych-rock band based in New York City. The band is formed by Tyler Reina (vocals/guitar), Brian Boston (bass), Alex Murray (guitar), Mike Murphy (drums), and Thomas Murphy (keys).

Vega was originally created as a recording project around Nashville in 2015. This intense early period produced a trilogy of foundational EPs (Ersatz Remedy, Somewhere Sideways, Is Nothing Sacred?) and their compelling debut full-length album, Hello Voyeur.

In 2023, the band released God Mic, Vega Maestro’s second full-length album kickstarting a new, New York City based era of the band. After capturing the energy of songs written in their live shows on the 2024 EP, Maybe You Missed It, Vega spent a year honing their sound on stage. The band is now deep in the creation of their third full-length album, set to arrive in 2026.
